I can't say enough about Maytha's superb skills as a real estate agent. She was immensely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly every step of the way as we sold my 86 y.o. Mom's house in Carlsbad. Maytha provided us with resources for downsizing, as well as excellent advice and resources for repairs and minor renovations to update the home. I have been remiss in getting my review written in a timely manner, but only because I have been so buy enjoying my new home...thanks to Maytha! As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous and full of questions. I can't speak enough of Maytha's knowledge, expertise and most importantly her patience with me. You hear so many stories and bad experiences, yet I have to say that it was quite easy and painless for me. Maytha has a keen sense for listening, hearing what I wanted, which makes her the perfect real estate agent. Literally the third home we looked at I just fell in love with. Even throughout the mortgage process, it was Maytha that guided me. I wasn't getting the information from my mortgage team, but rest assured Maytha has the knowledge and experience to let me know what was coming, checking in on me and always available if I had a question. Then came the dreaded home inspection...which again, thanks to Maytha being there for me with all of her experience, was a breeze! We found my home in mid March and I had the keys by the end of April. I could go on and on. As mentioned, what I was expecting to be a tedious and stressful process was quite frankly a pleasant experience, and I owe it all to Maytha for being there for me the whole way and helping me find my first home!

We were under real time pressure to find a home for ourselves, as our rental lease was expiring in a month & we were expecting our first baby also around the same time. And being a first time home buyer with so much of jargons & procedures in the real estate industry we had almost made up our mind to forego our home buying plans at least for a year and probably settle for another rental lease. It was under these circumstances that I came in touch with Maytha, who made us believe that we can still pull it off. We had pretty strict requirements with respect to how much we were ready to spend & what we wanted. Kudos to Maytha she understood our requirements, she also understood pretty well the things going on with my schedule (doc appointment,etc), and she made our home search really a breeze through tailormade visits which suited our requirements. Finally she did make us find a home within our budget & requirements, all in 3 weeks (isn't that awesome!). Then started the procedure of buying the house, she was so helpful right from the time we made the offer, to escrow, to final purchase.
